Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for store credit only. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to provide a credit or exchange.
To qualify for a credit, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as it was when received.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards.
To process a return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt. Items that are damaged, missing components (not due to our error), or returned after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Please note, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
Store Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or denied. Approved credits will be applied to your account or original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Credits
If you haven’t received your credit yet, please double-check your account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the credit to post. If needed, contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your credit, contact us at support@herdtallow.com.
Sale Items
Credits are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@herdtallow.com for further instructions.
Shipping
Free shipping offers apply only to standard shipping. Upgraded shipping options are excluded.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Herd Tallow is not responsible for items lost in transit.
